Job Description

About Quantiphi

Quantiphi is an AI-first digital engineering company with deep expertise in data science, machine learning, and cloud. We partner with leading enterprises to solve complex business challenges and drive measurable impact through applied AI. With offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Trivandrum, Quantiphi's teams work across business units aligned to platforms including GCP, AWS, and Nvidia, among others.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced learning professional to own the technical backbone of the our internal internship training (QCDP) program. This individual will be responsible for designing and maintaining role-based curricula, managing the delivery of training at scale, and building structured learning pathways for university partnerships. The ideal candidate combines hands-on knowledge of the technical roles being trained with strong program management skills and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

This is a high-ownership role. You will be the primary technical point of contact for the QCDP from an L&D standpoint, working closely with the Manager - Learning and Development and collaborating with business unit leads to ensure training outcomes meet deployment readiness standards.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Design and Development

  • Design and own role-based, entry-level curricula for all QCDP tracks, including Data Engineering (DE), Prompt Engineering (PE), Test Automation Engineering (TAE), Machine Learning Engineering (MLE), Cloud and Backend Engineering (CBE), Business Analysis (BA), and BA Sales.
  • Integrate AI tools, platforms, and concepts as a foundational component across all learning tracks.
  • Build and maintain 12-month, 18-month, and 24-month curricula for Quantiphi's partner university programs.
  • Ensure all curricula reflect current industry practices and align with the technical expectations of the respective business units.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and updates to keep content relevant across GCP, AWS, Nvidia, and other platform-aligned BUs.

Training Delivery and Scale

  • Lead and facilitate technical training sessions as required, with the ability to handle up to 200 interns simultaneously across tracks.
  • Manage multiple trainer-led sessions in parallel during high-volume intake periods.
  • Work with external vendors and freelance trainers to augment delivery capacity when required.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Coordinate with business unit leads to align training outcomes with deployment expectations.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the the Learning & Development Manager on cohort readiness and curriculum effectiveness.
  • Support university partnerships by building structured academic engagement calendars and facilitating faculty interactions where needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of foundational concepts across at least three of the following domains: Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud Platforms (GCP or AWS), Business Analysis, and Test Automation.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms used in enterprise settings, including large language models, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Ability to evaluate technical curricula and assess their appropriateness for fresh graduate learners.

Curriculum and Instructional Design

  • Demonstrated experience designing structured, multi-week technical learning programs for early career professionals or campus hires.
  • Proficiency in writing clear, role-specific learning objectives and translating them into practical training content.
  • Experience building curricula mapped to industry certifications or structured learning frameworks is preferred.

Program Management

  • Ability to manage multiple cohorts and training tracks simultaneously without dropping operational quality.
  • Ability to create and share succinct progress reports and relevant commentaries to showcase the progress of the batches under care.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience owning end-to-end program logistics including scheduling, trainer management, and progress tracking.
  • Comfortable working with learning management systems and reporting tools.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with recruitment, business unit leads, and senior L&D stakeholders.
  • Comfortable presenting program updates and learner progress data to leadership.

Experience Requirements

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in Learning & Development, technical training, or a related role.
  • Prior experience managing campus or early career programs is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a technology company or AI and data services environment is an advantage.

Location and Work Mode

This role is based out of Trivandrum, Kerala, and requires the individual to work from the Quantiphi Trivandrum office on a hybrid basis. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Trivandrum prior to joining.
