Job Description -
The Digital Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing high‑impact digital and AI training programs aligned to business needs. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to build customized learning journeys across data, AI, and GenAI technologies. The trainer will conduct skill gap analysis, develop end‑to‑end training content, and ensure effective program execution. This role also owns training analytics, dashboards, and reporting to continuously measure and improve outcomes. Strong technical depth, stakeholder management, and execution focus are key to success.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Training Content & Delivery: Develop, manage, and deliver digital training content to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align training programs with business objectives.
- Training Data Management: Maintain and analyze training dashboards to track effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
- Gap Analysis: Identify knowledge gaps and design tailored training curricula to address them.
- Content Development: Research, design, and develop training materials, including module outlines, presentations, trainer's guides, and participant guides.
- End-to-End Training Management: Oversee the execution of training programs, including reporting and dashboard management.
Qualifications-
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Prior experience in digital training, instructional design, or a related role preferred.
