Job Description

Handle purchasing and supply chain management activities
Schedule materials based on daily demand and procurement plans
Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries
Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS)
Support DWM (Daily Work Management) and TQM (Total Quality Management) initiatives
Manage service provider processes including PR, PO, payment requests, and payment coordination
SAP knowledge is mandatory for operational efficiency
Apply technical knowledge of GST and allied laws in transactions
Assist in departmental audits and manage litigation support
Ensure correct application and understanding of HSN codes
