Key Responsibilities:
HVAC Operations Management
- Supervise day-to-day HVAC operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of air conditioning, ventilation, and cooling systems.
- Monitor HVAC equipment performance and take corrective actions as required.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize system downtime.
Installation & Commissioning
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and air conditioning systems.
- Ensure installations are completed as per technical specifications and safety standards.
- Verify system functionality and performance after installation.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues related to HVAC systems.
- Coordinate breakdown maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and service reports.
Team Supervision
- Supervise technicians and maintenance staff engaged in HVAC operations.
- Assign work schedules and monitor team productivity.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential risks and equipment issues.
- Maintain proper documentation related to maintenance, inspections, and safety checks.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and adherence to environmental guidelines.
Inventory & Resource Management
- Monitor availability of spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely sourcing of required components.
- Optimize resource utilization to achieve cost-effective maintenance operations.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve HVAC system efficiency and reliability.
- Recommend energy-saving initiatives and process improvements.
