We are seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Worli, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This role requires a proactive individual who can support our HR initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with employee information and documentation.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR-related issues.
- Coordinate and support training and development initiatives for employees.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture efforts.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have experience handling blue collar employees
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
