- Job Description
- Drive internal communications and employee engagement initiatives across the organisation
- Develop and execute employer branding activities to strengthen talent attraction efforts
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to offer management and onboarding
- Partner business leaders on people-related matters, employee relations and workplace policies
- Support payroll coordination, HR reporting and administration of HR systems
- Facilitate performance management processes and talent development programmes
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives, while supporting corporate social responsibility activities
- The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
- 5+ years experience within a broad HR generalist or HR business partnering settings, preferably in MNC environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
- Experience in employee engagement, communications or employer branding initiatives
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations and HR best practices
- Comfortable partnering with stakeholders across different business functions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, proactive and solutions-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
