About the Role

The Sleep Company is looking for an Assistant Growth Manager who can operate at the intersection of growth, execution, analytics, and cross-functional program management.


You will own high-impact growth projects focused on increasing retail leads, improving store walk-ins, optimizing lead-to-store conversion, and fixing funnel leakages across online and offline touchpoints
