Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify leads through digital platforms, networks, and WhatsApp
- Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements and position Gharpayy's solutions effectively.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Conduct regular outbound calls, meetings, and property visits to generate new business.
- Build and maintain a structured database of prospects and ongoing deals.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to ensure consistent sales momentum.
- Maintain a strong feedback loop with the leadership team to optimize conversion and strategy.
