Assistant Group Manager - Technology

Job Purpose

Led research projects focused on synthesis and characterization of novel emulsion polymers, dispersions, solvent-based polymers, and additives for diverse paint and coating applications, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.

Business Responsibility Areas

1) Lead researchers and methodically conduct experiments for product development and establishing a process.

2) Strive to observe and interpret results during polymer development and communicate the same effectively.

3) Knowledge generation through prior art search

4) Maintain proper documentation related to projects.

5) Adherence to 5S, related safety norms and ISO standards of the organization

6) Work on strategic business outcomes of the organization and ensure timeliness are met as per promise

Qualifications

• PhD (Polymer or Organic Chemistry)/ BTech/MTech with relevant experiences
• Well acquainted with computer basics for Data analysis and preparing technical reports
• Good knowledge on Synthesis and characterisation Polymer/functional additives & their application for paint & coating
