Job Purpose
Led research projects focused on synthesis and characterization of novel emulsion polymers, dispersions, solvent-based polymers, and additives for diverse paint and coating applications, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives
Business Responsibility Areas
- Lead researchers and methodically conduct experiments for product development and establishing a process.
- Strive to observe and interpret results during polymer development and communicate the same effectively.
- Knowledge generation through prior art search
- Maintain proper documentation related to projects.
- Adherence to 5S, related safety norms and ISO standards of the organization
- Work on strategic business outcomes of the organization and ensure timeliness are met as per promise
