As a Comanion, you will engage with customers who are lonely over chat and video calls, helping them feel heard, valued, and positive through friendly and respectful conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in text, audio or one way video interactions with customers to promote positivity and happiness.
• Listen actively and communicate with patience and respect.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company conversation guidelines.
• Share insights and feedback to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong command of Hindi and English; knowledge of one regional language is an advantage.
• Friendly personality, good communication skills, empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
• Must be a graduate
