• Drive proactive customer engagement through leadership alignment, early need identification, and strong promotion of ZF Product Solution
• Business Case preparation & Approval from ZF Management
• Prepare Techno-Commercial Proposal & win business maintaining profitability
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and build lasting rapport.
• Manage system-driven order processes, including Navision sales order approvals and price updates
• Lead Acquisition for new RFQ's, fulfil all customer documentation for new RFQ's (e.g. NDA, Cost breakdown, Supply agreement etc)
• Prepare Sales & Operational Plan to drive Business,

Your Profile as Assistant General Manager - Sales (m/f/d):

• Engineering with minimum 12+ years experience with deep understanding of New Business Acquisition
• Planned promotional activities such as exhibitions, experience days, tech days, and industry conferences to enhance brand presence.
• Work closely to plan customer visits, travel schedules, and targeted marketing strategies for account development.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication

This Job Role is part of Job Family Sales & Market / Sub-Job-Family Customer Sales and Development and includes jobs responsible for the penetration of a defined number of defined Key Customers, including building sound networks between ZF and its customers in both technical and commercial aspects, and at all hierarchical levels, to prepare short-term business opportunities and long term business relations with dedicated key customers.
