Job Description:
1. Role Purpose
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. This role is crucial for expanding market presence, enhancing brand reputation, and achieving revenue targets.
• Driving business growth: Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies: Create and implement effective sales and marketing plans that align with company goals.
• Leading a high-performing team: Build, manage, and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve exceptional results.
• Ensuring alignment with company objectives: Ensure sales and marketing efforts support overall company goals and vision.

1. Sales Growth and Revenue Expansion
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and opportunities for business growth.

5. Qualification & Experience
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Candidates who have worked in an automotive company as an AGM preferred
