Job Overview
As AGM Marketing, you will lead and execute the organization's end-to-end marketing strategy across digital, offline, and experiential platforms. You will play a critical role in brand storytelling, demand generation, campaign execution, and partner engagement, ensuring strong alignment with the company's values and business objectives.
This role calls for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving measurable outcomes while building a strong, purpose-led brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing Planning
- Design and implement integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales objectives
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with the organization's growth roadmap
2. Brand Positioning & Storytelling
- Strengthen the brand narrative around eco-habitat living and sustainable development
- Oversee content creation for websites, brochures, blogs, videos, social media, and PR, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging
3. Digital Marketing & Performance Management
- Lead digital initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance analytics
- Monitor and optimize lead-generation campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate closely with CRM and sales teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion efficiency
4. Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for project launches, events, webinars, and experiential activations
- Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to manage timelines, budgets, and quality
5. Partner Marketing & Channel Support
- Develop marketing toolkits and collaterals to support channel partners
- Enable partner engagement through co-branded campaigns, events, communications, and incentive programs
6. Market Intelligence & Insights
- Analyse market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to inform marketing strategy
- Create dashboards and reports tracking campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI
7. Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI
- Negotiate and manage vendors, media houses, and service providers to meet quality and delivery standards
8. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering creativity, ownership, and collaboration
- Build a learning-oriented, purpose-driven marketing culture aligned with the organization's mission
