Designation : Assistant General Manager - Sourcing and Vendor Development

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strong experience in Scanning the Market/Industry and Preparation for Negotiations.
  • Superior negotiation skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience in negotiation and procurement of Capital goods, Non-Productive Purchases, Real Estate, Civil and Office or Factory Office Interior Contracts, IT Hardware, Software and Other IT Services Procurement, Marketing Services and Merchandise Procurement and Machinery and Machinery Spares Procurement
  • Good understanding of purchasing principles and practices.
  • Knowledge in Finalising and negotiating High Value Contact Agreements.
  • Knowledge in Indian Indirect Taxes and International Contracts Terms and Conditions
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal is essential.
  • Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate across functions & regions.
  • Must be able to travel as per the requirement.
  • Scouting for suppliers, service providers, auditing them, assessing them & on-boarding them as per company standards.
  • Qualifications: Preferably Engineering Graduate, having experience of 8-12 years in MNCs/Good Indian Organizations.
