Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals from the Automobile Dealership industry to manage and drive showroom sales, customer engagement, team performance, and overall dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive sales operations for the automobile dealership/showroom.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Handle customer enquiries, walk-ins, test drives, negotiations, and conversions.
Develop strategies to improve lead conversion, customer acquisition, and overall sales performance.
Monitor showroom activities and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Track sales performance, leads, conversions, and team productivity.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Insurance, Service, and Operations to ensure smooth customer experience.
Identify market opportunities and support local sales and promotional activities.
Prepare and share regular sales reports and performance updates with management.
Ensure adherence to dealership processes, company policies, and customer service standards.

Candidate Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience in automobile dealerships, preferably in sales/showroom management.
Experience in handling automobile sales teams and dealership operations.
Strong understanding of showroom sales, lead management, customer handling, and sales conversion.
Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing team performance.
Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
Candidates with experience in Car/Two-Wheeler/Commercial Vehicle dealerships can be considered, based on the requirement.
Candidates should be willing to work from Varanasi.
