Job Description

  • Ensure quality parameters are maintained at each stage of manufacturing, testing, and inspection
  • Review and interpret the technical requirements of customers to align production accordingly
  • Handle and resolve technical customer complaints effectively
  • Coordinate with TPI (Third Party Inspection), certification agencies, and consumer representatives for inspections and approvals
  • Review and address non-conformity reports and ensure appropriate corrective actions
  • Approve Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and final test certificates
  • Maintain CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) records for all customer complaints
  • Hold overall authorization to release final products for dispatch
  • Have the authority to stop production or dispatch in case of deviation from customer specifications
  • Assist in implementing and improving quality and other management systems to ensure process standardization
  • Participate in internal system audits and ensure timely follow-up and implementation of corrective actions
  • Ensure all measuring equipment are calibrated and maintain up-to-date calibration certificates
  • Continuously work on implementing and achieving continual improvements in quality systems
  • Display quality parameters on the shop floor and ensure awareness among the team
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth cross-functional quality operations
