Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Assistant General Manager with 8 -15 years of experience in the Commercial Design & Build industry. The ideal candidate will lead AirBrick Infra with a strong emphasis on strategic leadership, business development, and operational excellence. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving overall business success, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. You will lead cross-functional teams, forge client relationships, and foster an innovative environment that keeps AirBrick at the forefront of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a clear and compelling vision for the company, aligned with AirBrick's mission and values to drive long-term growth and innovation.

Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding market reach and building strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the organization, ensuring profitability, financial health, and long-term sustainability.

Operations Management: Provide strategic direction to operations teams, ensuring seamless project execution and adherence to timelines, quality, and budgets.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.

Industry Engagement: Represent AirBrick at industry events and conferences, enhancing the company's visibility, credibility, and network within the Commercial Design & Build space.

Innovation: Lead initiatives focused on innovation, adopting new technologies and best practices to keep AirBrick at the cutting edge of the industry.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 8 -15 years of experience in the Commercial Design & Build industry, with a strong track record of strategic leadership, business development, and operational oversight.

Education: Higher degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams, driving performance and achieving business goals.

Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.

Financial Acumen: In-depth understanding of financial management, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and profitability analysis.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and a strong understanding of emerging technologies in the design and build industry.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.

Extensive network within the Commercial Design & Build industry, with a proven track record in business development and client relations.

Experience leading large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Strong commitment to innovation, with experience implementing new technologies and process improvements.

Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on strategic business objectives.
