Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Assistant General Manager (AGM) Projects, based in Bengaluru South. The AGM Projects will oversee the planning, execution, and management of corporate interior fit-out projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, supervising team performance, ensuring resource allocation, budget adherence, and quality control, and maintaining client satisfaction through effective communication and timely updates.

Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Experience in General Contracting, Interior Works, and Design-Build solutions.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and stakeholder communication.
  • Knowledge of budget management and cost control in project execution.
  • Experience with construction materials and methods relevant to high-quality fit-out projects.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard project management tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management within the interior fit-out or construction industry.
