Thisis a senior role responsible for overseeing and directing one of the recruitment delivery functions within the organization. This position involves leading a team of recruitment specialists to ensure the effective and efficient execution of recruitment strategies, processes, and initiatives. –Someone who collaborates closely with senior management/client stakeholders, business leaders, or HR partners to drive recruitment excellence, revenue targets and quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment managers, specialists, and coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, and provide guidance, support, and feedback to drive excellence in recruitment delivery.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed in their roles.
- Manage the entire team revenue targets and ensure that the team is aligned to achieve the given targets.
2) Client Management and Partnerships:
- Manage relationships with clients, and various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, standards, and expectations.
- Handle the SLA / TAT defined as per client agreements and drive the results efficiently.
- Deep dive into the existing or new client account to generate more positions/business and revenues.
3) Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with senior management, business leaders, and HR partners to understand staffing needs, priorities, and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment-related matters.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to senior leadership on recruitment metrics, trends, and initiatives.
5) Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and acquire top talent, including sourcing, employer branding, and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
6) Strategic Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction and vision for the recruitment delivery function, aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Pre-Requisites
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing recruitment teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Extensive experience driving the revenue targets, handling delivery pressure and managing clients end to end.
- Experience working in Recruitment Consulting environment is a BIG plus.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive strategic decision-making and measure performance.
