Gather and analyze consumer, competitor, and market data relevant to the automotive/two-wheeler segmentTranslate research and analytics into succinct personas and actionable insights that inform marketing and GTM activitiesPresent clear market intelligence to support product positioning, campaign planning, and targetingSupport GTM planning for new initiatives and product launches with well-structured research and recommendationsCollaborate with team leads to help draft project briefs, propose channel mixes, and coordinate rollouts in line with department directionAssist in identifying and sizing target customer segmentsWork with digital, PR, and agency partners, ensuring brand consistency across channels and campaignsContribute fresh ideas for marketing programs and help execute projects, maintaining strong collaboration with the team and reporting back on progressAssist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of campaigns for various product life stagesGather customer feedback insights that inform improvements in GTM effortsTrack key performance indicators for ongoing campaigns, reporting on outcomes, and highlighting trendsMaintain dashboards and regular reports for the team to support decision-makingProvide ad-hoc analysis as requested by the department headIdeal Candidate
8 years of marketing or strategy experience, with hands-on exposure to the automotive or two-wheeler sectorAbility to analyze and synthesize market, consumer, and campaign data into actionable recommendations - comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytics toolsCreative mind with a practical approach to execution, supportive of departmental and strategic prioritiesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
