This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager role based in Chennai. The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage large-scale turnkey interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating project activities, managing budgets and timelines, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met, and enforcing compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires effectively leading and managing project teams while driving innovation and delivering projects on time and within scope.

• Strong project management and leadership skills, with expertise in planning, execution, and problem-solving.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management, client communication, and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in MEP services and knowledge of modern construction and interior design practices.
• Experience in budget management, risk assessment, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with relevant quality and safety standards, including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001-2018.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, interior design, or a related field.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
