Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager based in Pune, India. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead strategic planning, and ensure the alignment of team efforts with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, developing and optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality standards and efficient project execution in line with company goals.

• Knowledge of automotive engineering, manufacturing processes, and product development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Diploma in Engineering
• A minimum of 20-25 years of relevant experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry
