Role: Assistant General Manager (AGM) Projects
We are seeking an experienced AGM to lead and oversee large-scale commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate interior fit-out work, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish. This role is critical in ensuring project success, client satisfaction, and alignment with company objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee multiple commercial fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost control.
- Project Planning: Oversee project plans, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client needs.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction throughout the project.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and schedules, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring collaboration and efficiency across all project phases.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and building codes; manage project risks.
- Sub-Contractor &Vendor Management: Oversee sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring quality, timely work, and contract compliance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide regular reports to senior management on project status and financial performance.
Key Skills Required
- Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent; PMP certification preferred.
- Experience: 10-15 years in corporate interior fit-out project management, with proven leadership and client management skills.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD. Strong financial, negotiation, and communication skills.
