We are seeking an experienced fundraising leader to drive corporate fundraising and CSR partnerships across North India. The role focuses on building high‑value donor relationships, expanding fundraising presence across key cities, and mobilizing significant resources for programs in Bihar and Eastern UP.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute corporate fundraising strategies with defined revenue targets
- Identify and engage corporates, CSR teams, trusts, and family offices
- Expand fundraising across priority North Indian markets
- Develop persuasive proposals, pitches, and donor presentations
- Secure donations, grants, and long‑term partnerships
- Strengthen relationships with existing donors for repeat support
- Drive fundraising through events, payroll giving, and partnerships
- Track fundraising performance and ensure MoU compliance
- Represent the organization at corporate forums and networking events
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on donor commitments
Key Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA preferred
- 10+ years in corporate/institutional fundraising
- Proven ability to raise ₹5–10 Crores annually
- Strong understanding of India's CSR and corporate ecosystem
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and relationship‑building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and digital fundraising
- Strategic, organized, and aligned with the organization's mission
