Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant General Manager in Finance and Accounts Taxation, located in Chennai. The role involves overseeing financial statement preparation, managing accounting and finance functions, ensuring compliance with taxation regulations, and maintaining effective internal controls. The Assistant General Manager will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, leading audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational financial stability.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements with attention to accuracy and compliance
- Strong Financial, Accounting, and Analytical Skills to support decision-making processes
- Proficiency in maintaining Internal Controls and ensuring financial regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or equivalent are an added advantage
