Role Description

CHW Forge is seeking an experienced General Manager, Finance & Accounts for a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Noida. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the organization's finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and robust internal controls.

Key responsibilities include preparation and analysis of financial statements, management of accounting operations, budgeting and forecasting, statutory and tax compliance, cash flow management, audit coordination, and implementation of effective internal control systems. The role will also support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, financial statements, and corporate finance.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial planning.
  • Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring effective internal control frameworks.
  • Sound knowledge of statutory compliance, direct and indirect taxation, audits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, forging, engineering, aerospace, defence, or oil & gas industries.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools will be an added advantage.
