Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager / General Manager - Raw Material Procurement

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sourcing and supply of domestic gypsum, slag, HSD, lubricants, red mud and other related raw material, along with procurement of services like dredging, e-sealing, and Beroe intelligence. Ensures cost-effective, timely, compliant delivery operations.

Experience required: 10 to 13 years

Qualifications: BE + MBA (Supply Chain & Logistics)

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Strategic procurement and sourcing across geographies

• Planning and execution of multimodal logistics (coastal, rail, road)

• Understanding and managing - fragmented supply chains for low-value commodities

• Vendor and transporter management (including fragmented and regional players)

• State-wise tax optimization and compliance

• Policy interpretation and impact analysis

• Designing and participating in auction methodologies

• Coordination with technical, operations, and planning teams

• Forecasting and cost modelling for logistics and supply

• Advocacy and liaison with government and regulatory bodies
