Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:-

Lead end-to-end security operations for the manufacturing plant, ensuring effective surveillance, access control, and asset protection
Drive risk assessment, threat identification, and implementation of mitigation strategies
Handle incident management, investigations, and ensure timely closure with corrective actions
Lead emergency response and crisis management including fire safety, mock drills, and business continuity planning
Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory security requirements and conduct regular audits
Manage and supervise security teams, guards, and third-party vendors for efficient operations
Oversee housekeeping and facility discipline to maintain high standards across the plant
Maintain strong liaison with local authorities such as police, fire department, and regulatory bodies
Prepare and present periodic reports on security performance, incidents, and risk management initiatives.
