Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding processes for academic and industry partners, finalizing program structures and deliverables.
  • Manage the complete admissions workflow, including fee structure setup, NPF configuration, document verification, and real-time enrolment tracking.
  • Coordinate across Admissions, CRM, Academic Affairs, and other internal teams for seamless operations.
  • Oversee student onboarding activities, organize orientation sessions, and manage OJT agreement execution.
  • Ensure ongoing partner engagement through scheduled updates, orientation programs, and effective grievance resolution mechanisms.
  • Monitor compliance with internal branding, data privacy, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date MIS dashboards and carry out fee reconciliation and reporting functions to support decision-making at the leadership level.
