Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant General Manager Sales to lead our sales initiatives, drive occupancy, and build strong relationships with families, healthcare partners, and stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
- Manage end-to-end sales funnel: lead generation, site visits, follow-ups, and closures
- Build partnerships with hospitals, doctors, corporates, and referral networks
- Develop and oversee marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to generate leads
- Train, mentor, and manage the sales team for high performance
- Track and analyze sales KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue metrics
- Enhance customer experience by ensuring smooth onboarding of residents
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence and retention
Qualifications
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Prior experience in Healthcare, Senior Living & Hospitals preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
