Salary: 80,000 90,000 (In-hand)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant General Manager Sales to lead our sales initiatives, drive occupancy, and build strong relationships with families, healthcare partners, and stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
  • Manage end-to-end sales funnel: lead generation, site visits, follow-ups, and closures
  • Build partnerships with hospitals, doctors, corporates, and referral networks
  • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to generate leads
  • Train, mentor, and manage the sales team for high performance
  • Track and analyze sales KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue metrics
  • Enhance customer experience by ensuring smooth onboarding of residents
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence and retention

Qualifications

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Prior experience in Healthcare, Senior Living & Hospitals preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
