Role Summary

Architecture professional with 5–8 years of experience to lead end-to-end design development and execution for large-scale residential/mixed-use developments, ensuring alignment with business vision, product positioning, regulatory requirements, budgets, and timelines. The role requires strong design acumen, technical expertise, consultant management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to deliver innovative and high-quality projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • To lead and oversee the design development and coordinate for project delivery of high-quality architectural projects from concept state to project handover.
  • Good technical expertise, and creative problem-solving skills, ability to lead consultants (for SMEP, landscape, interiors, facade, traffic, RERA, MoEF, liaison, HRC, GBC, marketing collaterals, etc) and to collaborate and align internal cross-functional teams.
  • To ensure that design development is in line with management's vision and meets Product brief requirements within stipulated budgets and applicable regulations.
  • To lead sign-off processes for different stages: CD to GFC with various stakeholders, such as Management, Product, Liaison, Sales and Marketing, Planning and Costing, Operations, CRM, etc.
  • To create differentiated designs within the regulatory framework & costs.
  • Have in depth knowledge of DCPR, UDCPR, and NBC codes to be able to develop compliant designs.
  • Prepare project program and ensure all teams work towards meeting set milestones. To anticipate and flag risks in time.
  • Lead Value Engineering workshops
  • Lead regular site coordination meetings, review materials, get sign off on mockups etc.
  • Oversee the production of various design deliverables, specifications, and reports to ensure complete alignment between different streams and deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment between consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
  • To possess an in-depth understanding of current and upcoming design and lifestyle trends
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with project objectives and specifications.

Qualification & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's and Master's (preferred) degree in Architecture

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects, having completed full life cycle of a couple of projects is preferred

• Expertise in various building types (e.g., residential, commercial, mixed-use).

Skills

• Strong design and technical skills, with high proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and sustainability practices.
