Job Title: Assistant Fundraiser

Location: South Region / North Region / East Region / West Region (Remote/Field-Based as per requirement)

About the Role

Spherule Foundation is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Fundraiser to support fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, and partnership development across multiple regions in India. The role is target-oriented, requiring proactive outreach and consistent follow-ups to achieve fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising & Target Achievement

Support in executing fundraising strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Actively contribute to achieving assigned regional fundraising targets (CSR / Individual / Institutional).

Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against targets.

2. Donor Research & Outreach

Identify potential donors including corporates, HNIs, and foundations within the assigned region.

Conduct outreach via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings (if required).

Build and maintain a strong regional donor pipeline.

3. Proposal & Documentation Support

Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and concept notes.

Coordinate with internal teams for data, impact stories, and reports.

4. Donor Relationship Management

Support in maintaining relationships with existing donors and partners in the region.

Assist in organizing meetings, follow-ups, and engagement activities.

5. Reporting & Data Management

Maintain donor database and update records regularly.

Prepare reports on fundraising progress and regional performance.

6. Communication & Coordination

Work closely with internal teams (program, finance, communication).

Support regional campaigns, events, and fundraising drives.

Target-Based Expectations

Monthly and quarterly region-wise fundraising targets will be assigned.

Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Funds raised

- Donor conversions

- Outreach and meetings conducted

Incentives may be provided based on achievement of targets.

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or NGO sector.

Strong communication and networking skills.

Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-oriented role.

Ability to manage regional responsibilities independently.

Working Conditions

Remote/Field-based role depending on regional requirements.

Travel may be required within the assigned region.

Availability during working hours for coordination and reporting is mandatory.

Compensation

Fixed salary/stipend + performance-based incentives linked to targets.
