Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Front Office Manager located in Kumbhalgarh. The Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests. Responsibilities include managing front office staff, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction, resolving guest inquiries, and upholding high standards of service. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Front Office operations and Office Administration processes
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring optimal Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, essential for guest interaction and staff coordination
  • Previous leadership or management experience in hospitality or a related field is highly preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage a team
  • Familiarity with hospitality management systems is a plus
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous
