Position: Assistant Front Office Manager
Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient guest service.
Supervise front office team members, ensuring adherence to brand standards and service excellence.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room allocations effectively.
Address guest complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping, sales, and other departments for seamless operations.
Monitor daily occupancy, room status, and revenue-related reports.
Train, guide, and motivate front office staff to maintain service quality.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Support the Front Office Manager in preparing duty rosters, reports, and audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Hotel Management degree preferred.
34 years of experience in front office operations in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Ezee software and MS Office.
Excellent problem-solving and guest-handling abilities.
Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented personality.
