Job Description: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Duties
- Daily Operations: Support in managing all F&B outlets, ensuring food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.
- Team Support: Guide and train staff, prepare schedules, and encourage teamwork.
- Customer Service: Handle guest requests and complaints quickly and politely.
- Financial Control: Help with budgets, monitor costs, and reduce waste.
- Inventory: Check stock levels, assist with ordering, and keep track of supplies.
- Events & Promotions: Assist in planning menus, special events, and promotions to boost sales.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
- 3–5 years of F&B experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and solve problems.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
