Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Fleet Manager / Assistant Driver Operations Manager, located in Jamshedpur. The role involves assisting with the management and coordination of fleet operations, ensuring vehicles and drivers adhere to company policies. Key responsibilities include monitoring vehicle, overseeing operational efficiency, resolving day-to-day challenges of the Drivers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing quality support. The candidate will also contribute to optimizing financial performance and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for effective collaboration with team members, drivers, and customers.
• Proficient Analytical Skills to assess operational performance and achieve optimization.
• Customer Service expertise to address client concerns and enhance satisfaction levels.
• Solid understanding of Finance to monitor budgets, control costs, and oversee financial reporting related to fleet operations.
• Knowledge of fleet management, transportation regulations, and operational best practices.
• Ability to work methodically under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in fleet or driver management is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
