Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven
Assistant Manager Finance to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA with solid experience in financial management, statutory compliance, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure timely book closure in line with IND-AS/IFRS standards. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.) and maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee daily accounting transactions. Monitor receivables and payables, ensuring timely payments and collections. Handle reconciliation of vendor and customer accounts.
- Taxation & Filings: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns. Ensure adherence to all applicable tax laws and regulatory norms.
- Process Improvement: Support automation initiatives and ERP implementation. Identify and execute opportunities to streamline accounting processes.
- Internal Controls: Strengthen internal control systems. Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and reporting accuracy.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of IND-AS, direct & indirect taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
