Role Summary
We are looking to hire an Assistant Finance Manager for our factory in Sumerpur, who will be responsible for managing the financial operations of a manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Control & Budgeting
Drive factory cost management through detailed analysis of production costs, variance tracking, and adherence to annual budgets
Compliance Controls
Maintain strong internal controls at the factory in areas like inventory, assets, gate movements, segregation of duties, etc.
Ensure audit readiness
Performance Management
Partner with operations to identify efficiency opportunities, track KPIs, and deliver savings initiatives without compromising quality or safety
Technology Enablement
Leverage tools like SAP, Power BI, and advanced analytics to improve process hygiene and reporting accuracy
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and central finance teams to align factory performance with business objectives
Work closely to identify optimization opportunities
Key Skills Requirement
Qualification: CA / MBA with 2-5 years of experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work across multiple finance verticals and support holistic career growth
