Job Description

• Understand and execute JLL IFM service contract requirements effectively

• Take over site operations and ensure closure of all snags and operational issues

• Manage vendor performance ensuring SLA adherence, KPI achievement, and cost efficiency

• Handle real-time operational issues requiring approvals and escalation management

• Coordinate with landlords for issue resolution and invoice processing

• Participate in emergency evacuation, crisis management, and business continuity planning

• Manage facility budget with minimal variance and ensure financial discipline

• Conduct monthly walkthroughs and client interactions for operational reviews

• Provide cost-saving recommendations and process improvement suggestions

• Maintain inventory, track expenses, and ensure accurate invoice processing

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and FM standards

• Plan and coordinate client and internal events as required

• Conduct KPI meetings with vendors and service providers

• Coordinate with admin teams for daily operational requirements

• Manage housekeeping and mailroom teams along with workforce planning

• Set team targets, monitor performance, and mentor subordinates

• Collaborate with SME teams to implement operational strategies and improve employee satisfaction

• Maintain contract management for both client and JLL obligations
