Head - Food & Beverage (Corporate Headquarters)
(Equivalent to Assistant F&B Manager - Corporate Operations)

Location:Della Tower, Dadar - Mumbai

Working Days:6 Days a Week

Role Summary:

The Head - Food & Beverage (Corporate Office) will be responsible for managing and supervising all Food & Beverage operations at the corporate headquarters of Della Group. The role involves overseeing executive dining, staff cafeteria, pantry services, and corporate catering while ensuring premium service standards, hygiene, cost control, and alignment with Della's luxury brand values.

Key Responsibilities:
. Manage day-to-day F&B operations at the corporate headquarters
. Oversee executive dining, staff cafeteria, pantry services, and meeting/event catering
. Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, presentation, and service
. Coordinate F&B requirements for corporate meetings, events, and VIP guests
. Manage and evaluate external caterers, vendors, and service partners
. Negotiate contracts and ensure cost control and budget adherence
. Implement SOPs for food safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance (FSSAI, audits)
. Monitor inventory, consumption, and wastage control
. Supervise F&B staff, duty rosters, training, and performance
. Coordinate with Admin, HR, Housekeeping, and Facilities teams
. Handle feedback, complaints, and continuous service improvements
. Prepare MIS reports on costs, vendor performance, and compliance


Job Expectations:

Candidate Profile:

. Experience in corporate offices, luxury hospitality, hotels, or premium business centers preferred
. Strong vendor management and budgeting skills
. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance
. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Minimum Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
