Job Summary

The Assistant will provide efficient academic, administrative, and coordination support to ensure smooth operational workflows, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with university and regulatory requirements, while supporting faculty, staff, and students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day operations across examinations and coordination activities.
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyse reports and MIS using MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Support internal departments through effective coordination and follow-ups.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and data accurately.
  • Assist in general office administration and operational tasks as required.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.

Professional Certifications

  • MS Office certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field.

Skills And Competencies

  • Hands-on experience in MS Office, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good understanding of general administration and coordination activities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
