We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events & Client Services Manager to lead event planning and manage key client relationships. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of events, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting brand campaigns in the alco-bev space.

Plan, coordinate, and execute branded events and experiences

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction

Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics

Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution

Prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis

Support the sales and marketing team in ideation and proposal development

Maintain relationships with key clients and contribute to business growth

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of brand activations and events from conceptualization, budgeting, venue coordination, staffing, logistics, to on-ground delivery.
