Job Description
Diploma/B'Tech from Electronics/Electrical
- Experience Should have enough knowledge on UPS operational activities
- Language Malayalam, Hindi, English (Malayalam is must)
- Operational Activities:
- Tracking Calls, planning, align team on field, sharing update to customer and internal team
- Customer and Vendor Meetings
- Providing Technical Training to customer and partner team
- Inventory management
- Collecting approval from customer against job done to submit the invoice
