Assistant Engineer I, Field Service

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Management:

• Coordinate and run assigned projects/PM to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Track project progress and report any issues to maintain schedule and efficiency.

Customer & Vendor Management:

• Maintain active communication with customers, sales teams, and vendors.
• Establish and maintain excellent rapport with all stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and service requirements.

Service & Maintenance:

• Assist in achieving a minimum 90% planned maintenance completion rate.
• Perform field service activities as required.
• Ensure proper documentation of service activities and project updates.

Travel & Field Work:

• Travel daily to customer sites (approximately 25% travel).
• Work after hours and on weekends as required, sometimes on short notice.
