We are seeking a skilled Assistant Engineer/Engineer specializing in Device Drivers to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in developing and maintaining device drivers for various hardware components, contributing to the integration of software with hardware systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain device drivers for various hardware components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate device drivers with operating systems.
- Conduct testing and debugging of device drivers to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
- Document design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance procedures for device drivers.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards of coding practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of C/C++ programming languages.
- Experience with Linux kernel development and device driver architecture.
- Familiarity with hardware interfacing and communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, USB).
- Understanding of operating system concepts and memory management.
