Job Summary

You will lead and manage teams on-site to deliver engineering projects, preparing technical documentation and collaborating with Professional Engineers to drive project success and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Internship Trainees and new site hires to achieve project objectives and foster skill development
• Execute project management tasks on-site to ensure timely and quality delivery of engineering works
• Prepare detailed test reports and method statements to document project implementation and compliance
• Perform ad hoc duties as required to support project and operational needs
• Collaborate with qualified Professional Engineers to gain mentorship and enhance technical expertise
• Apply practical engineering skills across commercial and railway engineering projects to deliver effective solutions

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in engineering or management roles to support effective team leadership and project execution
• Possession of a Singapore Driver Licence to facilitate site mobility (preferred but not essential)
