Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant to Marketing Head

Location: Gurgaon Udyog Vihar (On-site)

Department: Marketing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary - 25k per month in hand.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to the Marketing Head who will act as the operational backbone of the marketing function. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and ensure the Marketing Head's time, projects, and communication flow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities1. Calendar & Meeting Management
  • Manage daily schedule, meetings, and priorities for the Marketing Head.
  • Coordinate internal & external meetings (Zoom/Offline), including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
  • Ensure the Marketing Head is fully briefed before meetings with relevant documents, reports, and context.
2. Project & Task Management
  • Track ongoing marketing projects, campaigns, and deadlines.
  • Maintain project trackers and dashboards (campaign timelines, deliverables, dependencies).
  • Follow up with internal teams (creative, performance marketing, content, tech) to ensure timely execution.
3. Communication & Coordination
  • Act as the first point of contact between the Marketing Head and internal teams.
  • Manage emails, WhatsApp, Slack/Teams messages, and filter important communication.
  • Prepare drafts, presentations, summaries, and reports when required.
4. Reporting & Data Management
  • Compile weekly/monthly marketing reports (campaign performance, KPIs, funnel metrics).
  • Assist with data collection and maintaining marketing dashboards.
  • Prepare performance summaries for leadership meetings.
5. Operational & Admin Support
  • Organise marketing assets, SOPs, brand documents, and archives.
  • Handle travel bookings, reimbursements, and basic admin tasks when needed.
  • Support in hiring processes (scheduling interviews, coordinating tasks).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–1.5 years of experience in an EA, operations, or coordination role (preferably in marketing, digital, or startup environment).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work with tools like:
  • Project Management: Notion / ClickUp / Asana
  • Communication: Slack / WhatsApp / Email
  • Documents & Reporting: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Good understanding of digital marketing basics (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage confidential information.
