Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Assistant Director to lead our Operation & Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive medical coding experience, a proven ability to manage end-to-end operations, and a strong focus on client satisfaction. This role requires a leader who can deliver on client SLAs, manage project revenue, and drive team performance while maintaining rigorous process documentation and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Project Management: Ensure the delivery of all client SLA's. Apply experience in project management and revenue management to drive profitability and success.
  • Process & Documentation: Create and maintain all process documentation and ensure it is updated on a timely basis. Manage operations through end-to-end planning, process document review, and root cause analysis.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Assist with new team member training. Review overall staff performance and take measures to improve. Ensure attrition and shrinkage targets are met.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and maintain management/operational reports. Maintain process KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and dashboard metrics. Utilize good communication skills to take client calls and represent the team effectively.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should have substantial coding experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver on client SLAs and manage end-to-end operations.
  • Experience in project management and revenue management.
  • Demonstrated skills in process documentation, root cause analysis, and team performance review.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
