Assistant Director of Food And Beverage

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to support and lead overall F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and events. The ideal candidate will drive guest satisfaction, revenue growth, operational excellence, and team development while ensuring compliance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily F&B operations and service standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns.
• Monitor revenue, costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop F&B teams.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions and revenue initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• 9+ years of F&B experience in upscale or luxury hotels.
• Proven leadership experience in multi-outlet operations.
• Strong business acumen, people management, and guest service skills.
